Lioele is a korean cosmetic brand and the products I have tried from them are pretty impressive.
I got the Lioele Blooming Shimmer Pearl Base in pink since it does also come in gold/yellow but the website I got it from only sold the pink.
I got it for $19.79CAD which is a pretty amazing price for a pearl base !

This product contains pearl effective for a radiant, bright and shiny face. As a upgraded product of make-up base, it is helpful to control moisture balance and keep your skin moist. You can make style of water-shining make up.
How to Use:
Apply after final stage of skin care by tapping an appropriate amount to the skin to be absorbed.
Capacity : 30ml
Feature:
1. Unlike common makeup base that corrects skin tone only; Luster and texture can be gorgeously enhanced by the light diffusing color system containing pearl for a radiant look.

So when I got the product it looked like this :
At first when I tried it on my hand, I was really impressed because my hand became really shimmery! But I thought it might be too shimmery for my face. So when I tried it on my face mixed with a BB cream, it gives a radiant glow~ and there was no stickiness to it at all ! It was also not heavy on the face, it was really light. I also liked how you did not need to use a lot of the product but only needed a small amount to apply it on.
What I did not like about this product was the smell...I don`t know if it was only me but my face went all sour like >.< because it smelled really plastic-y to me. But, the smell disappears when you put foundation on. Also, I do not like wearing it during humid days because my face started to feel yuck!
A con I also found was that this pearl base works best on clear skin. I have acne scars so it kind of looked "weird". So I would have to try my best on trying to cover my acne scars with concealer before putting this base on.
Another use to the pearl base is that after finishing all your make-up, you can also use it as a highlighter! I thought that was really useful since it gives a natural glow too.
There are also two ways you can apply the pearl base:
1. Put the pearl base on your face first then the foundation/bb cream
2. Mix the pearl base with your foundation/bb cream then apply it on
I haven`t tried the second way yet since I have no been wearing it often because it is humid in Canada, Ontario at the moment~
PROS:
✔cheap for a pearl base
✔can be used as a highlighter
✔light on the face
✔not too noticeable&gives a radiant glow
✔you only need to use a small amount when applied
CONS:
✖the smell
✖feels icky! during humid weather
✖only looks good on clear skin
Would I repurchase this?: YES&NO
Yes because it looks so natural and can be used for different purposes
No because I do not have clear/perfect skin and it is a hassle just trying to make my skin to look perfect to be able to use this product
